Who we are

This shop is run by Hamid Amjad, a sole trader, under the trading name Waggle Enrich. Our business address is 65 Park Road, Rochdale OL12 9BP, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hamid@eliteautomations.co.uk.

Your order

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items. We accept your offer and a contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The total, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay.

If a price is clearly wrong, if we can't get an item, or if we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We post each order once the item has come in to us. See our shipping policy for details, including the pre-order "My First Christmas" bandana.

Products

Some products are sent in a random colour, design or pack size, as stated on the product page. Photos are a guide, and colours may look a little different on your screen. Please supervise your pet with toys and replace any toy that gets damaged.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our refund policy explains how to cancel, return an item, or tell us about a fault.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protections of the law there.
