How we post your order

We don't keep stock on the shelf. When you order, we get the item in, then post it to you once it has come in to us. Please allow extra days for delivery. We don't give a fixed posting date.

Pre-order: "My First Christmas" bandana

This bandana is made to order. Please allow about 4 to 10 business days before it is posted to you, plus time for delivery. We can't promise it will arrive before Christmas.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery to UK addresses costs £4.99, and is free on orders over £50. Express delivery to UK addresses costs £6.99.

Where we deliver outside the UK, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. For orders sent outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge.

If there is a problem

If we can't get an item, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of you placing it, unless we have agreed a longer time with you (for example for the pre-order bandana), please email us. You can cancel for a full refund.
